Rachel Thibodeau had her first taste of success when Billy Currington recorded “Good Directions,” a song she penned with co-writer Luke Bryan. It soared to the top of the Billboard country singles chart and spent 3 weeks at #1. Rachel took home ASCAP's Song of the Year and she was honored with the NSAI’s prestigious "One Of The Ten Songs I Wish I'd Written" award.

 

Artists that have recorded Rachel’s songs include Billy Currington, Luke Bryan, Reba McEntire, Tim McGraw, Martina McBride, Steve Holy, Josh Kelley, Parmalee, Marie Osmond, Rebecca Lynn Howard, Chuck Wicks, Katharine McPhee, Ryan Star, songs to accompany books written by Kara Dioguardi and CNN news anchor Christi Paul and many others.  Her songs have appeared in TV shows, commercials and the major motion picture sound track “Act of Valor.” She has also had chart topping songs and videos on Platinum selling records world wide, including two #1’s in Australia, CMAA Country Music Awards Single of the Year and Most Played Country Song of the Year.

About Jamie Floyd

Jamie Floyd is a Nashville based two time Grammy-nominated songwriter & recording artist. She recently wrote the theme song “Little Christmas Miracles” for a new Off-Broadway Christmas play, also called Little Christmas Miracles. She penned the song by herself, especially for this play. 

Earlier this year, Jamie co-wrote the single from Kelly Clarkson & Jake Hoot (Winner of The Voice Season 17), a duet called “I Would've Loved You.” The song and music video have appeared on The Today Show, The Kelly Clarkson Show & The Voice season finale! Jamie has also written songs included on the newest albums by Wrabel (Nettwerk/Big Gay Records), Madi Diaz (ANTI-), Cassadee Pope and Kalie Shorr (TMWRK).

After the independent release of her last EP “New Girl,” debuted at #6 on the iTunes Country Album charts, Jamie made her Grand Ole Opry debut, opening for Metallica & Three Days Grace. The show aired in 300 cities/drive ins across the United States and Canada as part of the Encore Drive In Nights concert series.

As a composer & lyricist, Jamie is currently working on writing all the original music for another upcoming new broadway musical in development, “The King’s Wife.” Jamie has written for film and television including writing for and appearing in the critically acclaimed documentary The Last Songwriter, writing several songs including the finale for Dolly Parton’s A Country Christmas Story and writing the entire 12 song soundtrack for Burt Reynolds’ final film The Last Movie Star.

She has written songs recorded by Kelly Clarkson, Kesha, Brian Wilson of The Beach Boys, Miranda Lambert, Sturgill Simpson, Ingrid Andress, Brian McKnight, Wrabel, Kalie Shorr, Ty Herndon, Ronnie Dunn, Ashley Monroe, Madi Diaz, MUNA, Jake Hoot, Cassadee Pope, Hayden Panettiere, Kellie Picker, Lucie Silvas, Josh Grider and more.

Most recently, Jamie became the first songwriter signed to Randy Jackson & Andrew Rollins’ new LA based publishing venture, Left On Sunset. She plans to release her new music and tour extensively beginning in 2022.
